Services for Mrs. Pauline Niehaus Coyne, 82, of 4857 N. Talman
av., who died Sunday in her home, will be held at 3 p.m. today
in the chapel at 5200 N. Western Ave. Mrs. Coyne was the wife
of Frederick E. Coyne, Chicago postmaster
from 1901 to 1905 and collector of internal revenue at Chicago
from 1897 to 1901. She was born in Indiana and came to Chicago
with her
parents shortly before the Chicago fire of 1871, which destroyed
their home. Surviving are her husband; three sons, Mason,
Richard T., and Col.
